The Hotel‑Restaurant S. Apollinare is located in Classe, beside the basilica of the same name.
Family‑run and with fifty years experience in the field, we guarantee guests a pleasant stay at the hotel and the chance to sample our specialities in an atmosphere that reflects the warm hospitality long associated with the people of Romagna.
Our pasta is homemade according to tradition: try cappelletti filled with cheese, lasagne, tagliatelle and strozzapreti, to name just a few of the best‑known dishes. We also serve grilled meats, piadina with cured meats and squacquerone (a typical local cheese).
Seafood is certainly not lacking, given our proximity to the sea: risotto alla marinara, spaghetti allo scoglio, fish ravioli in a delicate sauce, the famous mixed fried seafood with crunchy vegetables, grilled dishes, and more.
The premises have a total seating capacity of over 400, divided into four dining rooms and a portico offering a picturesque view of the Basilica of S. Apollinare in Classe, and there is a car park reserved for guests.
